We cannot well speak of Love, God, our religion, our spirituality, ... as long as we turn away from the needs of all the children... How can we speak of "God's blessings," if we do not hold in our hearts the suffering of the little ones of this earth... We owe them a better world, a world of fair distribution of resources, a world of peace, a world of Love...

You are Treasured, You are Sacred ... You are Beautiful. You...
Entering the Inner Sanctuary
Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply a few breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple. Here, you are One with Spirit and all persons, and Nature. You may use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. Enjoy these moments of Quiet and come out when you are ready. The following video is provided, for those who would like meditative music to accompany your Quiet contemplation:

In the 2003 movie “The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King,” after escaping Shelob, Frodo and Sam begin the final leg of their quest. Frodo and Sam lie exhausted on the slopes of Mt. Doom. Sam encourages Frodo, reminding him of the Shire, the beautiful home to which they long to return. Sam recounts for Frodo how spring has come, and how the planting of the barley is coming and the sweetness of the first fruits of the strawberries with cream.
Frodo is totally fatigued, however. He tells Sam that he can no longer taste food, hear the sound of water, or even feel the grass. Frodo is completely absorbed by the power of the Ring. He says, "There's nothing. No veil between me and the eye of fire. I can see him with my waking eyes!," says Frodo. Sam urges, "Then let us be rid of him, once and for all! Come on, Mr. Frodo. I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you! Come on!"
Sam, then, bends down, picks up Frodo, and placing one foot in front of the other, slowly makes his way up the mountain toward the cracks of fire. Frodo is holding the Ring to be placed in the fire, to free that world of its evil power.
A heartfelt compassion can move a person to strange acts of kindness. Love, after all, is the greatest power in the world.”
